DEFINITION:
E2 visa is a long-term non-immigrant visa. It is an investor visa for citizens of countries that have signed Treaty of Commerce and Navigation with the United States.
APPROACH:
Through a reasonable capital investment, an investor can set up or acquire an American business entity, which creates minimum 2 to 3 jobs with reasonable annual profits.
